You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The product can only be returned in case of damage or printing issues. It cannot be returned if the size doesn’t fit you. I ordered a small hoodie by accident, and I have been trying for the last 4 days to see if I can exchange it for a larger size, but no one from their Customer Support has even replied to my mail. I would really appreciate If you could reply to that mail
Hi Rohan. The hoodie you have ordered is not currently available in L size as L and XL are out of stock right now. If at all we receive the stock within the next 2-3 days, we'll let you know about the exchange but as our policy mentions, size issues from the customers end aren't returnable.
